What's happening?
Simba staff are not able to get the weight and cubic of a specific trade unit.
Why is it happening?
Simba change the trade unit barcode after packing the order. As a result, the barcode stored on PCK3 no longer matches the relevant trade unit.
Background
Simba have a process of completing a ratio pack using the Job Management page before picking the order, which results in a number of issues for the staff.
They are pre-packing an order before picking. They then realise that the barcode is incorrect and they update the trade unit. As a result the PCK3 barcode no longer matches the ITM1 data.
How do I fix it?
Find the PCK3 item code which has the changed barcode. Then get Simba to set this barcode back on the product so that the order can be completed.
The alternative requires database write access which should be avoided - changing the PCK3 barcode to match the new barcode on the trade unit.
Anything else I should do?
