Creating A New Tenant For ADG

1. Get the required new tenant details from the customer:

   • customer code

   • customer name

   • list of cost centres including names

   • cost centre description

   • logo if it is a web-based client

   • confirmation of freight exchange customer code

   • warehouses the new tenant will trade from

   • rate card.

2. Create a duplicate of the TNT record.

3. If the new tenant is using a logo, upload the image to the adg-prod-images S3 bucket and make it public, if needed.

   A tool called S3 browser can be used. The login credentials for the S3 bucket can be found in their SET table.

4. Run the SQL to sort out the carriers.

5. Set the system parameters according to:

   1. Make sure a billing record exists on A.

   2. Make sure the offset ULDs have been added for the new tenant.

   3. Request the Email.SubjectPrefix.
