NETO - Data From File Export

  1. In .wms, go to Settings > File Export Setup.

  2. Scroll to the File Export Log section.

  3. Enter or select the Export Occurred Before and Export Occurred After dates.

    The Export Occurred Before date is usually today's date.

    When you enter the Export Occurred After date, you have a range of days when the order is coming.

  4. Enter the Document Number.

    The document number can be found from the Shipping - Job Management page.

  5. Click Search.

    The results are listed below.

  6. Click Resend at the end of the row for the specific Document Number.
