Updating A Recipient List For ERP Alerts

There will be times when customers wish to update the recipient email address for the ERP alerts they receive.

Tip:  You must have database write access to be able to change the email address.

1. Find out which ERP alert email they wish to update.

2. Log in to the ERPGate database using your SQL login credentials.

3. Select the connections table.

4. Search for the customer's specific ConnectionName and ConnectionDriver.

   For example, ConnectionName = '%ps home%' and ConnectionDriver = 'Neto Picking Orders Download'.

5. In the ErrorAlertEmails column, update the cell with the new email address provided by the customer.
