Activating Fixed Bins

Fixed bins allows a site to specify the preferred location for a stocked item. These items are stored on the Item Master Data page next to the pick face levels.

The Picking.PickingBinSource system parameter must be enabled:

• A global rule of Internally Managed Fixed Bins is required to be added for the instance.

• Each warehouse requires the system parameter of Internally Managed Dynamic Bins.
