Setting An Instance To Use A Custom Picking Slip

A custom EXP design can be attached to a file export using a SET.

Adding SET PickingSlip.InternalType with a value of GenericSQL_XXX instructs .wms to use this export as the picking slip design.

Picking slips are generated at the time an order is received in .wms. Any existing order will not have the new design. Only new orders received since the addition of the SET will contain the new picking slip design.
