One of the Next Gen measurements has hit a maximum of this carrier service. Either exit and reopen the job to re-enter the measurements, or change the carrier to one that is able to support the measurement.

Cannot open pack job - currently assigned to <PERSON>.

Scanning into or selecting a pack job.

The pack job has been assigned and the Picking.LockUserToJob setting is set to Yes. Change the user on the pack slip on the Job Management page.

Carton count must be greater than zero.

Completing a pack job.

The Manual Pack screen is being used for cartons and the person is entering zero cartons. You cannot have zero cartons. The calculation cannot divide by zero.

Carton packing does not allow bin location scans.

Scanning a ULD or bin code on the Carton Packing screen.

The Shipping.CartonPacking.StoreBin setting is not turned on. This is not a valid action on this screen. Instead, scan the item.

Could not find packer user account.

Completing a pack job.

The packer does not exist int he system.

This error can be caused by corruption on the device. Exit and re-enter the app. If it persists, contact a senior person.

Could not load sales order header.

Looking up a fulfilment request.

The SalesOrderID does not exist on this instance / warehouse / tenant. Most likely resulted from a script. Log in again to fix this. If it persists, contact a senior person.

Could not lock pack job header.

Completing a pack job.

The pack job ID cannot be found in the database.

This error can be caused by corruption on the device. Exit and re-enter the app. If it persists, contact a senior person.

Could not mark pack job closed - unknown error.

Completing a pack job.

The pack job will not be updated to a closed status.

Contact the Development Team to check for locking errors.

Could not match line to open lines

Creating pack job from fulfilment request / sales order.

Somehow an item has been passed through that is not open on the order. Either refresh the screen or check any running scripts for errors.

Fulfilment request has already been closed or cancelled.

Cancelling a fulfilment request / sales order.

Usually from the API, means the number trying to be cancelled is either already cancelled or it is closed and cannot be cancelled.

Fulfilment request is on hold.

Creating pack job from fulfilment request / sales order.

The fulfilment request / sales order is on hold. Remove the hold before creating the job.

Fulfilment request is status.

Creating pack job from fulfilment request / sales order.

The job is not in ready, allocated, picking or packing. So new jobs cannot be created.

Fulfilment request not found, it may not have been uploaded yet.

Cancelling a fulfilment request / sales order.

Usually from the API, means the number trying to be cancelled is not in our system for that warehouse / tenant combination.

Invalid PCK unit type and CON unit type combination.

Completing a pack job.

The pack type does not match the carrier.

For example, using cartons on pallet carrier or pallets on a carton carrier or satchels on a pallet carrier.

Invalid Pick Method PickMethod, please check setting Packing.DefinePickMethod.

After selecting a pick method.

The Packing.DefinePickMethod setting includes incorrect values, select appropriate values.

ItemBased AutoConsignment does not support for Next Gen.

Completing job after entering measurements.

The Shipping.AutoConsignment.Method setting is set to ItemBased, while NextGen is turned on.

This is not a valid configuration, either change the AutoConsignment method or change to a carrier with no measurements.

Item does not have a carrier service mapped for return consignments.

Scanning a special return item on the Carton Packing screen.

The return carrier has not been set up correctly.

Item ItemCode is not configured for AutoConsignment.

Completing a pack job.

The Shipping.AutoConsignment.Method setting is set to ItemBased, but this item does not have anything in AutoConsignmentPackages. Add a number on the item so it can send.

Items with serial numbers must be individually scanned.

The job is associated with a wave. Either remove it from the wave using the Job Management page or complete the wave.

No jobs found

Reprinting last consignment.

The job has not been completed.

No tasks available for this trolley.

Selecting a new task with a trolley barcode.

The Waves.WaveTrolleys.ExceptionOnNoAvailableWaves setting is turned on, but there are no available waves that match this trolley.

Please scan a valid pack number.

Scanning a pack number after scanning an item on the Carton Packing screen.

The Shipping.CartonPacking.ConfirmPack setting has been turned on, and the PackID (the barcode) does not exist on this job.

Someone has deleted or jumbled the composite item record this kit was created for.

Check PCK1.CustomerItemRef and make sure it exists as a composite item.
